At B3AUTY, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used beauty products, cosmetics, and skincare items
- Products without original packaging or seals broken
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@b3auty.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return authorization number and detailed return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Rejected Returns: If your return doesn't meet our policy requirements, we'll contact you to arrange return of the item to you at your expense.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@b3auty.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- Description of the issue
We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of approval:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
- Contact your bank (processing times vary)
