At B3AUTY, we're committed to delivering your beauty products safely and efficiently. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
Next Day Delivery: 1 business day (available in select areas)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs clearance or weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—check our homepage for current offers!

Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over 500 SEK (promotional periods may vary)

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United Arab Emirates (domestic)
  • GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman)
  • Select international destinations

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping partner's website. You can also track your order by logging into your B3AUTY account.

Delivery Issues

Missing or Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your building's reception. If you still can't locate your package, contact us within 48 hours at support@b3auty.com.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product, and contact us immediately at support@b3auty.com. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if you contact us immediately after placing your order.

International Shipping

For international orders, please note:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain countries

Order Modifications

Need to change your shipping address or cancel your order? Contact us at support@b3auty.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't been processed yet.

Holidays & Peak Seasons

During holidays and peak shopping seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery.
